After verifying that the order details are correct, our team prepares the requested file and delivers it via email to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Refund Eligibility
Because our products are digital and cannot be “returned,” refunds are only issued in the following situations:

File Defects:

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days depending on your payment method and bank.
Any transaction or processing fees charged by the payment gateway may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds Will Not Be Granted If:
