At Self-Manuals, we sell digital products (PDF files) that are delivered manually after purchase. Customers do not receive an automatic download link after placing an order. After verifying that the order is the correct product, our team prepares the file and delivers it via email.
Refund Conditions:
- If the delivered product does not match the ordered item or is the wrong product, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide a clear description of the issue.
- If the delivered product has a defect, such as the file not opening. After verifying the information, we will issue a 100% refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method used.
- The customer must bear any transaction or refund processing fees charged by the payment gateway.
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:
- If the customer fails to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- If the customer ordered the wrong product and it has already been delivered.
